Terms of sale

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Purpose

These general terms of sale (“Terms”) govern the supply by LARPILOTE of virtual management and remote operational coordination services for short-term rentals to the owners and concierge companies that subscribe to them (the “Client”).

2. Description of services

LARPILOTE offers three plans, described in detail in the Our plans section of the site: Essentiel, Business and Relais. Each plan specifies the scope of tasks covered (guest communication, bookings, multichannel management, optimization, incident coordination, reporting) as well as its volume limits and price.

3. Subscription

Subscription takes place after a discussion between the Client and LARPILOTE to present the Client’s business, assess its needs and set up the procedures, access and contacts required to deliver the service, in line with the process described on the How it works page.

4. Prices and billing

The applicable prices are those displayed on the Site at the time of subscription, expressed excluding taxes where applicable. Billing and payment terms are specified to the Client at the time of subscription.

5. Term and termination

Essentiel and Business plans: the subscription is monthly, with no minimum commitment period, and billed monthly. It renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

The Client may cancel at any time by email to support@larpilote.com, with 30 days’ notice. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after the date LARPILOTE receives the cancellation email.

Relais plan: specific terms are defined at the time of subscription.

The Client may change plans at any time, subject to the conditions of their contract.

6. LARPILOTE’s obligations

LARPILOTE undertakes to carry out the tasks included in the subscribed plan with diligence and according to the procedures agreed with the Client. LARPILOTE acts under an obligation of means: it does not guarantee any occupancy rate, number of bookings or turnover.

7. Client’s obligations

The Client undertakes to provide LARPILOTE with the information, access and instructions needed to deliver the service, to designate the relevant providers and trusted contacts, and to retain physical management of their property or properties as well as responsibility for local teams and providers.

8. Incidents and on-site interventions

In the event of an incident reported by a guest, LARPILOTE assesses the situation and contacts the provider designated by the Client, then follows up until resolution. On-site interventions, and their costs, timelines and warranties, remain the sole responsibility of the Client, the concierge company or the provider concerned.

9. Ownership of accounts and data

The Client retains ownership of their Airbnb, Booking and other platform accounts, as well as their revenue, at all times. LARPILOTE acts within the access and permissions granted by the Client and never replaces them as owner of their accounts.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data in the course of delivering the services is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

LARPILOTE may amend these Terms. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of subscription or contract renewal.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of LARPILOTE’s head office, in Quebec.
